Arrival on Sunday 16th, Departure on Thursday 20th (4 nights), after the afternoon session.

The workshop will be held in Ein Gedi Hotel 

The Ein Gedi Hotel is situated at the breathtaking point where the sea and desert converge – revealing the Dead Sea and its thousands of shades of blue in one direction and the Judean Desert in the other. Between them lies the Ein Gedi Natural Reserve, a green pearl with an abundance of water and wildlife.

It is recommended to bring a swimsuit.

Bus Transportation

  • On Sunday 16.02.2020 from Ben Gurion Airport, Bar Ilan University and Hebrew University to Ein Gedi Hotel
  •  On Thursday 20.2.2020 back from Ein Gedi Hotel, at the end of the last session.

 Letter of Invitation

Upon request, the Workshop Secretariat will send a personal letter of invitation. It should be understood that the invitation is only meant to assist participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa and does not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee.

Visas

Prior to booking your ticket, don’t forget to ensure that your passport is valid until August 2020. Citizens of most countries do not need a visa to enter Israel, but we suggest that you check this with your travel agent or on the website of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Climate & Clothing

The temperature in Ein Gedi in February is approx 18-24° C, 64-75°F during the day. We recommend to bring light clothing for the day and a jacket for the evening. beware, the rest of the country is colder.
